From Service to the Sweet Side:

I’m a proud U.S. Navy veteran who served for eight years, including two overseas tours that gave me the opportunity to travel, experience different countries, and immerse myself in cultures from around the world. Those experiences shaped who I am and gave me an appreciation for the traditions, craftsmanship, and flavors that bring people together.

My love for baking started much closer to home. I grew up in the kitchen alongside my grandmothers and mother, where I learned that baking is about more than following a recipe—it’s about patience, creativity, tradition, and putting a little bit of yourself into everything you make. Those early memories sparked a passion that has stayed with me throughout my life.

Today, my full-time career is as an airplane technician with past experience as an automotive mechanic. I’ve spent years working with my hands, solving problems, building, repairing, and making things work. But I’ve always wanted to put those same hands to a different kind of work: creating something people can enjoy.

Baking gives me that opportunity.

What started as a love for the kitchen has grown into a desire to share my creations with others. I’m passionate about turning quality ingredients into homemade treats that feel personal, comforting, and made with care. Whether it’s a classic chocolate chip cookie, a rich chocolate chunk creation, or something inspired by the flavors and experiences I’ve encountered throughout my life, I want every bake to have a little story behind it.

After years of using my hands to work with machines, I’m excited to use them more creatively—with flour, chocolate, butter, and a whole lot of passion.

My goal is simple: to bring something homemade, heartfelt, and delicious to your table.
